Local Business

Founded by Cornelius A. Flipse in 1900, C. A. Flipse and Sons began as a wholesale distributor to ice cream parlors, drugstore soda fountains and neighborhood grocery stores. Flipse sold his business in 1925, to Henry Rindfleisch, Edward Resch and Otto Schmidt. Currently owned by Henry’s grandson, John Rindfleisch, Flipse & Sons expanded but never moved from its original location. Customers include factories, nursing homes, restaurants, hospitals, churches, dentists, schools, day care centers, taverns, mini-marts and many other types of stores.
